Anybody done this?  I have a K24 and its used.  Has about 200,000KM on it.  Shaft bearings good, doesn't seem to have passed oil.   I would like to re-build it myself in the future. Anyone know of a good source to get a rebuild kit?  Is it better to just send away for this?  

Any info or suggestions is appreciated, Thanks.

Search is your friend. Many people here have rebuilt the k24.
