pistons, stearing pump, alternater, a/c. anything connected to the crack execpt starter and tranny. less load for the starter.
could just get a tow in and say it broke down on the way in

oh man this one takes it..! LOL but don't the starters only spin somewhere close to like 500 rpm's tops? thatd be a ***ty ride.. lol DO IT take a video, and post it for us all to die laughing of. :lol:

put a straight through exhaust on it with a nice nozzle, connect the compressor outlet straight to the turbine inlet and inject diesel straight in.... use the exhaust pipe thrust to roll in with no engine.

still would need that timing belt for that to work but nice. talk about a run-away diesel. maybe a timing belt from a v8?

I think the starter idea would work best.. Remove the head, remove both manifolds, exhaust system, cooling system, all the interior, put a bucket to sit on, cruise on the starter in to the junkyard doing about 15-17 km/h in fifth

you might have to get it towed to around the block though like earlier suggested.. lmao

Hey, they said as long as you drive it on the lot under its own power.. it doesnt matter the condition right?

I think I know someone in Vancouver with a few NA pumps... Maybe we can figure something out. How soon are you planning on doing all of this?

make them eat their words... take EVERYTHING from the car... strip that thing bare! :lol: even take the transmission and motor out... weld the starter directly to one driveshaft by this point you might as well take off the front bumper, cross member... head light assembly... rad... take the whole damn thing off and even the windshield. gas tank too if you have time...

i would pay to see the expression on their faces as you pulled up!!!!

MAN that would make it soooo much lighter! EVERYTHING GOES, i mean everything.. If it can be disassembled and doesn't interfere with the car.. "rolling". I too would pay to see this happen

Maybe we could all chip in a few bucks to get the OP to do this? document it all with a thousand pics and videos? If we all chipped like 5-10$ it would be worth it dont you think lol

as long as you get a grip on the wheel it should be ok :lol: i was even thinking to put a rubber mount on the starter and have it drive one of the rear tires by friction... :lol:

The ScrapIt paperwork is taking forever, so it's still here, but I don't know how well a 1.6 NA pump would work on a 1.9

If it bolts on it will work and it should be fine.
