• By crank pulley, do you mean timing belt or balancer/ribbed belt?

  Good question, that was a poor choice of words on my part, I actually meant "crank sprocket" the one that runs the TB, I have fixed the O.P.

• What happened to the bottom end?
   I need to look at an oil ring out of one of the pistons.

• I have the bottom end, the block cracked, but all internals should be good.
