All right, I didn't realize it was a brand new build. If you have less than 10 miles on it and haven't gone above 1/4 throttle, then your white smoke is because your rings haven't seated. You need to seat the rings and more to the point you have a limited amount of time to do so. You need to get the engine warmed up to normal operating temp and then get the pedal well up above 1/4 throttle for short bursts. Like 3/4 throttle for 5 seconds and let off for a few seconds and do it again. Preferred is on hills and towing a trailer... If you keep babying it the rings will not seat and the cylinders will glaze..Andrew
