I think hx20, hx25, hx27 are just MHI turbo cores put into Holset special designed housing

Those seem to be nearly identical measurements as my Schwitzer S1BG, it will be most interesting to see how they compare power-wise :)

I think your setup will be MUCH more powerful. I use 1.6td head, stock manifolds, stock worn nozzles, pump is a bit crappy too... ;)

I seriosly disagree about 170 hp being crappy  :P
Sure, I have some stuff you don't, but It'll be interesting to see how much difference that makes since we have very similar turbos, and I expect to be running boost levels similar to yours.

Comparing the turbo maps for the td04 (subaru wrx turbo) and yours, it would appear you are correct. Havent checked the measurements but they look close.

Your turbo, shows me what my tdo4 and car might be able to accomplish, nice work.

it's crappy  :P you can make 170hp with good 10mm pump, and my is 11mm... It doesn't make power over 5000rpm...  :(
I hope you'll brake 200hp :) I'm also curious if 1.9 head is much better than 1.6
