How's smoking? I believe no smoke under boost?

there is some smoke under boost. I need to change injector nozzles for brand new and check pump on some test bench

even though its forced air, it can still benefit from a better manifold... balancing the pressures across all 4 ports will significantly reduce the risk of blowing a head gasket

How much does peening do to resolve this issue?  Or is it strictly related to the inconel and aluminium expanding at different rates?

The precups are the very reason I am just going to go straight to a 1Z/AHU motor.

What prechamber dropping has to do with high horsepower?

I think, if engine(head) is in good condition or rebuild prechamber dropping shouldn't happen

I'm afraid of big torque on this engine, tranny, clutch. I want it to be as much reliable as possible that's why I choose wastegated holset...

VNT is surely much, much nicer in daily car.

i'd like to see a movie of it driving around, from inside the car, and from outside the car, surely it sounds awesome.  i like your turbo choice too, its large but the internal wastegate keeps it simple, plus surge protection, and i think its just cool to have a holset.
