the best one i found was in december '04 issue of VWTrends magazine
they had a pic. of my caddy and the class i won with my name in that issue
4 issues before they stoped that magazine!

google BSS air ride and you should find the site? it's in germen i think?
but it's the ultimate ride real smooth and you can adjust your hight too!
prolly around 2grand for everything!
that would make you never get rid of your caddy!
i know i would not if i had that on mine!

What do they do in place of the rear leaf springs to hold the axle in place?

it's in the pics. i posted all leafs removed but 1 and a bag is bolted to the leaf and body!

in the canadian climate you might also want to coat the bags with something like petroleum gelly to make sure it stays soft and doesn't dry out and crack. because that would totally ruin your day!

ahh JT you know thats the worst thing for rubber! any petroleum based product that is not designed for everyday contact!
anyways them guys run thier big rigs way up north on the ice roads and those bags are no different from any others! these small ones are from sleeper cabs! but if you wanna use lube on rubber like weather stripping or these air bags use a silicon synthetic lube it wont contaminate the rubber!!!
