There is quite a bit or things out of the ordinary on your car.
Pictures 1-3: Where's the rust? :lol:
Picture 4: Looks like you have a boost gauge. How much boost are you running?
Picture 5: Looks like a bleed off valve, but I could easily be wrong
Picture 6: The plug on the hose is a little heater, it's hanging by the fuel hoses that you have pictured later on
Picture 7: Looks like you are missing a bolt on the downpipe
Picture 8: There is suppose to be a vacuum hose that hooked up under where the duct tape is. Most likely to control your fast idle
Picture 9: Throttle cable hooks in there (I think)
Picture 10: That's the heater wire I was talking about earlier

Picture 12: Is that vacuum hose just laying there open?

Picture 15: Your pump is missing some pieces. There is a switch twist tied to the throttle cable, it's suppose to be ontop of the pump on the left side. You are also suppose to see a vacuum pod on the top of the pump. If you look on the back of the pump, do you see a rod conencting to levers?

You don't have an EGR, and if you didn't swap intake manifolds you never had one.
there alittle rust on the rockers and on the back left quarter pannel, not much though! hey that switch thing that where talking about that goes on top of the IP i though for that pump mod you where supost to take it off and leave it hangin??? and for the DP it looks like it missin a nolt but thats the stock K03 DP and thers a plate inbetween there so bolt is under and in where it looks like its missin, it there though!!! and picture (

you said ther is supost to be a vaccum hose there.....well when i had the K03 there was a nipple thing on the wastegate that on end went into that "heater thing you called it" and the other to that "t" where the duct tape is but since there is no nipple thing on the K24 wastegate i have no where to plug it into........even when i put my finger over it and take it off no change in idle. oil drain line is high temp hydrolic line. as for boost i run around 20PSI fuel turned up alittle but i have my 1.6TD pin like on the least steep side as when i put it to more i smoke like a bandit just driving around goes away when i hit boost though so thats where im thinkin injectors are not working properly as there are around 350 000 on there
well thats my stock intake mani from my K03 setup so i guess i never had one!i am hoping my idle prob is my injectors but as soon as i receicve these used ones ill be sending them to Giles to get done
that vaccum hose jsut laying there, i was just showing you where it did go before i took itoff as the other end had no where to plug into so i figured it was useless
forgot to say.....20PSI to much??
my EGT only hits 1400 but thats only if im really on it for along time but highway doing 120KM/H its like 500
