I would like to know if is possible to remove de AC bracket without disturbing the IP.
The car is a 82 Rabbit.

but to answer your question i'm pretty sure you can remove it without messing with the I.P. !

Yes, the IP bracket on an MK1 is integral to the motor mount setup. A/C can be removed without having to mess with the IP pump. It is a seperate bracket...
This is actually across platform as far as transverse mount engines go.

And just like that it is moved.
You might not be able to get it off without taking the pump off. Some of the brackets have a stupid design and depending on where the pump is rotated to you won't be able to get a socket in there. Sometimes you can sqeeze a wobble extension in. It depends on what style of bracket you have, there are several.
