full injectors and high pressure lines are bolt on.

the nozzles fit your injectors, but AAZ's have two springs and as far as I know only a few people can set both pressures, Giles is one of them.

1.6 injectors are shorter, so you would have to bend your lines to make them work, or get new lines as well.

Research I did told me that the GTD nozzle is the same one that's in the AAZ. different injector body though. Just get a rebuilt set of AAZ injectors.

I installed the GTD nozzles in my 1.9 AAZ injectors and it runs very well. My injectors that were in the car were not running well so I took them out and rebuilt them with the gtd nozzles. I know that there is two breaking points on these injectors but I only set the first breaking point and not the second since I don't have the proper tools to do the second. I put everything back together and put them in the car and it runs way better. I have better pickup and a bit better mileage.

i think you can only get the GTD nozzles and then you need to either replace them yourself, or get it done by a shop which also has the tools to properly calibrate them.  Giles can do it

This is what's in my car, as far as I know it's AAZ original equipment, and GTD original equipment.  The nozzles are the same, but the injector bodies are different between the 2.
