intermedate shaft bearings

How do i go about putting new bearings back in(shaft that drive the oil pump and vacuum pump) and also where is the best place to get them?

don't they have to be pressed in? best way would be to dip them in some liquid nitrogen and then press fit them.  but if you don't have any liquid nitrogen, i guess putting them in the freezer will do, as well as heating up the block.  but i dont think you really need to if you have the right tools...

    The best bearings are "Clevite" I
    think the number is SH-1209-S. I can
    look that up. They're about $23

    I don't know where you'd get those
    in the U.K., but you can get them
    through www.burnabyauto.com
    They're British Columbia.

    When you're installing the new
    bearings, you have to ensure that
    the oil holes line up and that the
    oil channel in the rear bearing
    points to the vacuum pump gear.
