Nozzle/Injector Service for 1.6L NA?

A user over on TDIClub (Greg(?) Landuyt) used to have service where he'd install, balance, and pop-test your new nozzles in refurbished injector bodies, but he's not doing that service anymore for 1.6L diesels (at least as of the last time I checked). Does anyone know of a place either in Northern VA/MD/DC or via mail order that will do the service? I have some GTD nozzles I want to use to replace my old (probably original) injector nozzles and would like to get them pop-tested prior to installation.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

if you don't find anybody close to you i can do injectors! and set them at any spec you like!
20bucks +ship to just poptest
60bucks +ship for complete service
that includes lapping, cleaning, new shims, poptest
and for extra i can powder coat them! i have not used my powdered coating system but that would be a good reason to try!
to service service injectors is very labor intensive! thats why not many do them anymore!
P.M. me if interested?

I bought some GTD nozzles from kermatdi and want to try them out in my 1.6L NA rabbit diesel. I'm not sure what specs would be called for in that situation - do you have any recommendations?

if you have a non-turbo pump stick with 130bar
if you have a turbo pump stick with 155bar
if your planing on a turbo someday do the 155bar and advance your N/A pump a little to say 1.05 or so and when you install a turbo pump time at 1.00!
some one can chime in if i'm wrong on advancement? i can't remember off hand?

i still need to check around locally but $60 + shipping for a full service sounds very reasonable!
