204 hp, I find that very hard to believe with a 9mm head. Let's see the dyno sheet... The pump wouldn't last long with a 14 mm head.

Thats pretty cool. What have you done to the pump?

You might want to consider sending your pump to Giles. I have heard nothing but good stuff about him and his facility is no joke. You should see the pics of the equipment he uses to set them up and test them.

the boost pin is taken out, så there is nothing in the top of the pump :)
a Bosch diesel center has set the pump up, so it's should be max'ed out now with the 9mm head...

I could see it for racing, but I can't see why someone would want to remove the boost pin on a daily driver.(not saying yours is, as I don't know) I guess the Bosch shop must know their stuff though.

We took it out just to get the pump to fuel MAX at all time!
It is a race-car! But it can easily be driven as a daily car.

I have just finished reading the 15 pagepost of that guy who was using 2 turbos setup and kept flexing heads and block and couldn't get it to seal with a blown headasket every time he turned the key... He said maxinum bhp (sustained) from an aaz is 175...

did you encounter any similar problems if your bottom end is stock? I'm sory but i have to ask... Awesome set up

No, no probelems at all!
I even think we got more power than the 204 now, we revs it 500rpms more now (it pulls 500rpms more also)...

why a 12 or 14mm?
a 10 or 11mm will do the job also

i mean, you are allready running 2,1bar from the K26, you can run it higher, but not that much isnt?
the clu is, with much more boost the turbo will probably blow so you cant find that much power anymore.

the limit is the air versus spoolup, not the feul.

just install a 11 or 12mm.
you can find those pretty much from sparepumps.
where do you live?

search pumps 0 460 404 xxx R 10mm, 1=11mm, 2=12mm, 8 and 9 are 8mm and 9mm. you need to find a Right turning. offcorse, 4cilinder.

the rule is, any turbo what will give 200hp for gasoline, will give you 150hpdiesel. the problem is to make the big turbos spoolup with out small displacement.

Did you ran an EGT meter? what did it show when full boost was there?

Greetz, Benjamin
SMOG alert, engine running again!
Must make +250hp
