So far as I know, you don't have a water pressure sensor.
Are you referring to where to find them, or looking for part numbers?

Where to buy them, I can't help you with that.
Where to find them on the engine is easier. If it's set up like the typical 1.6TD, the oil pressure senders will be atop the oil filter mount and screwed into the back of the head (the end opposite the cam sprocket). These are the high pressure and low pressure senders, respectively.
The coolant temperature sensor for the cluster will likely be on the water outlet at the rear of the head (again, opposite the cam sprocket). The glow plug relay temp sensor will be on the same outlet, but a separate sensor. Both of these are likely the small, single-connection type.
Any help?

Your turbo will also have a temperature switch on the banjo connector for the water inlet on the top of the turbo this is to switch on the coolant pump to cool the turbo when you turn the engine off
