• my freaking car decieded to crap out on me. freaking oil in the coolant. now im looking into prices for a rebuild kit which i hope i can get done before next quarter starts. (if my dad would let me drive up to canada to get a different motor i could have a new engine in there within 2 DAYS!!!!) im depressed now

• are you sure the coolant to oil heat exchanger oil "cooler" on the filter mount isnt leaking?

• if its a non turbo it won't be the 'cooler'

• its the non turbo. everyone says that this is the death wish for diesels but what exactly has happened. could it be as simple as a hg. (sorry for the noobish question but i havent actually had to tear into the engine)
