I have no Dyno or G-tech. Just a stop watch, a tach, a gps, and a mesured 1/4 mile.
My EGT gauge is pre turbo just B4 the turbo flange, on the underside of the manifold slightly offset to the transmission side. My new egt gauge to replace the stolen one is an Isspro R3607R 2 1/16" guage 0-1800 F black face, white lettering, red pointer. I bought it from Piers Diesel Research for $156.25.The probe is quite a bit shorter on the Isspro than it was for the auto meter, though they both are adjustable to set the depth of the probe. The gauge that was stolen was an Autometer Z series 2 1/16", 0-1600 F, black face, white lettering, orange pointer. I bought it off Ebay don't remember what I paid for it. I found out some other bad news while doing some research today the supposed +80hp marine versions are just a higher pop pressure and are not proven to flow anymore then the standerd version, therefore I highly doubt that they would make any more power then the standard version. :oops:
