I need to find a inline diesel filter, I have had it with the factory one.
any make or model it doesn't matter to me, just as long as I can go to a parts store and get one. inlet outlet diameter does not matter.

thanks

I use a filter that comes on my 4020 JD tractor and other equiment. It is glass and has a metal base and seals with o rings. It has a drain for water and you can see the water in it if you have that problem. I dont have the part number, but I can get it. It is used on a lot of different equiment. A JD air ( diesel aircompressor) and others. I had a double block that I used on a dodge diesel truck. Good luck JimK

I found a filter plate and filter in the back of an old Jetta at the wrecker.  I think it's a Rabbit part.  Anyway, it only cost me 10 bucks and it's just like an oil filter with a drain on the bottom.  JackBombay has a picture of one in his Quantum repair.
