I second that.  I bought a complete hydraulic head from Tyler before that i am going to get worked on.  Now, i would like to purchase a good 1.6td short block but unfortunately they are rare in boston.
Tyler--if you can get good quotes to Boston, then i am still interested in buying a short block from you if available.

The reason he is asking is because the best quote I could find to PA was $330 just for shipping.  :(

Hey Tyler,

For $330 only shipping, i would rather buy that 1.9td engine from you as we spoke before.  The only bad thing is that i might not be able to fit all at once in my budget.  Contact me and we can make arrangements.
The sad thing is that i just came from Canada two weeks ago but i was in Montreal though.

I have right what you are looking for.  My 1.6 TD motor head just blew up and I got a complet motor as a replacement.  I just sold the oil pan and the turbo + exhaust manifold + oil line to someone with a 2.0 8V wanting to go turbo.  So the block is for ya  :D .  How much are you willing to pay?  Lemme know by pm.  I think burn_your_money is from Ontario so shipping from Quebec is about the same...
