Good, here the continuation, I finally bought a ARL TDI 150CV of Golf 4.
I started has to prepare the new engine mount, because I install the engine and tranny with Golf 4 mount.
I install the VNT20 like this to facilitate the way for the down pipe between rear drive shaft and body:
Now, the engine mount, I have to built a part of the bracket mount which is screwed on the engine, because that of origin is too large and does not pass between the member and the belt cover:

The reason for which I used the MK4 engine mount, it is to be able to install the 02M 6 speed tranny, have there which do it differently, but I choose another way.

i too am working on a similar project... PD130 & 6 speed into MK2 jetta.
keep the information coming! I am grateful!!!
named tintin, there is another style mount for the PD type engines, that attaches itself to the lower firewall to limit the engine from stressing the upper mounts too badly. Is that why you're using the original rear mount?
i'm not close to my motor, but maybe sometime i will take a pic of what it looks like. it mounts to the bottom portion of the motor (to clear the turbo)

For first, I installed the motor with a 5 speed ALH tranny, and with 3 original MK3 engine mount, therefore, that gives me the original place where must settle the engine, and start to built the MK4 mount, fixed the MK4 mount on the engine and the member, after I removed the MK3 mount, the engine is still at the same place with new mount.
In theory, when I will install the 6 speed box, the whole should be perfect.
There remains to me the "dog-bone" shaped mount to be installed, and I plan to keep the MK3 frount mount to lower the engine torque movement, But, I'm not sure.

For now and and as soon as possible, I need the version of the bentley for the TDI150, I need the complete diagram wiring harness, and some another specification.

For now and and as soon as possible, I need the version of the bentley for the TDI150, I need the complete diagram wiring harness, and some another specification.
there is someone in Europe who has installed a PD150 into a MK2 jetta with very very simple wiring. just enough to get it running good
supposedly he used the side mounts and the 'dogbone' but didn't give good pics of it... this is from Petr vw4motion.
i'm also switching to manual steering. are you going to try and keep the power steering tintin?

For the wiring, it's exactly where I go, just enough to run the motor.
glow plug, rad fan, etc... with MK3 wiring.
Jo , on your first photo I see a part of the rear mount bracket.
Yes, I keep the power steering, it's plug and play with PD engine, I remember with my ALH that requires to modify the hoses, but, not for PD.

I had a small fun today, I screwed up the 6 speeds on the engine, and the first thing which I saw, it's that it do not have there enough space for my turbo set-up, because the transfert case is too big and take some place :shock: I will have to install it in another way.
After I looking at the engine with the 6 speeds installed, I wondered whether all that could fit under the hood, and how much space it have between the transfer case and the power steering rack, it's a very big pieces of mechanic :lol: I was relieved to see that that fit, but it is really really tight.
PS: for a 6 speed quattro conversion, there are no way to keep the MK3 motor mount, the passenger side cardan interfer with the subframe bracket motor mount and with the rear motor mount bracket.

Here is how my turbo is mounted:
I reclocked it since this picture down here but you get an idea of how close it fits to the intake manifold:
I did it this way because if the turbo were facing the other direction I wouldn't have room for the exhaust.
