How do you plan on going from 18.3 to low 17s?

Years ago when my Rabbit was a heavy (2250'ish lb) street machine and with 14psi but with the stock revv limiter, I ran a best 1/4mi time in the low 17's, but I remember thinking that I'd have been in the high 16's if I was able to take a pass without the pop-off valve opening.

Around 10 years ago we had a 1.6TD IDI Golf hammering well below 15 sec quarter mile times.
According to a self employed turbo shop prefessional (who had a peek under the hood) said it had a Garrett T03, 0,48AR turbine with 45trim compressor charger installed. Such charger can be found in a Saab 900 turbo from very late 1980's.

I was the quickest 4 cylinder diesel there, ( because I was the only one).

10 lbs. boost
35 shot of nitrous
Gov mod
Advance Mod
No IC
2" straight-pipe exhaust
B-100 Home-Brewed Biodiesel

I've got down to a 16.07 @86 with my 760 volvo with D24t.  I broke the rear end before I could get into the 15s... It was getting faster each pass as I got the launch better, but I was having problems spinning just one tire if I launched too hard.  I've got a locking diff now so I should be able to get into the 15s since I'll finnally be able to get off the line.

Not bad for a car that weighs over 3000lbs
