i don't know ore there is allready a know how of this.
Do all the injectorshousings are the same from Bosch? exchangeable?
i was searching for bigger injectors.
i didn't found aftermarket injectors, so we can search the best from just stock cars.
about the openingpressure, this is regulable, so that will not be the problem.
Ore are there other problems to?
the advantages of a optimal injector use (especially not overfeuling) are less EGT's, better feul economy

EDIT:
i found Lancia wich i thought they use Bosch injectors on a 2.5td 4cylinder, it makes 118hp/245Nm, thats about 29,5hp/cilinder.
there is even a alfa (not the same engine!!), 2,5td 4cilinder, 125hp/294nm, thats a little more flow. about 31,25hp flowing through injector
There is no need for bigger injectors for horsepower. I know a 1,6 Caddy which has 250+hp with stock 1,6TD injectors
And which inj pump does it have?
1,6TD pump with 12mm plunger
I know a 1,6 Caddy which has 250+hp with stock 1,6TD injectors
thats 3x as much as stock.
So there is no need for bigger injectors at all?!! Just always take the 1.6td injectors...
Why are there so many different injectors :?:

The injectors are not the first restrictive part in idi engine. Those 500+hp Mercedes uses stock 300D injectors. Did Malone try these?

You will need a lot of fuel, and lots of cool air going through the engine

That Caddy has a Mitsubishi turbo ~@50psi, 3" exhaust, big intercooler, ported head and custom manifolds.
Yeah I put 300d nozzles in malones engine one night, actually the complete injectors, they were pretty old and used but they still sprayed fine when I put them on the pop tester. They were set at 135 bar, they didnt make a huge difference but they did have more topend. I bought some brand new 300d nozzles and installed them in another customers car about a month ago, and the brand new ones at 155 bar were awesome! little more down low and quite a bit more fuel up top is how it felt, the car was a 1.9td mk3 golf, fairly stock, just one of my downpipes and a giles pump. I definately think there are good power gains to be made from having bigger inejctors, but the Ip and airflow in and out of the engine are gonan be the bigger issues necessary to address.
