A friend that I've helped with the hardware setup dyno'ed his ECOdiesel (stock 60bhp) today. Numbers are uncorrected at the hubs (Dynapack).
We didn't start the pull earlier than 3000rpm because he is a bit worried about his stock rods

173.5whp @ 5200rpm, 143 whp already at 3000rpm
336.4Nm (248.1ft lb) @ 3000rpm, but peak is earlier and higher
Just diesel, untouched stock 1.9D head, stock 1.6TD bottom end, pump and turbo is not stock

Monday at 4pm. I'm set up to run at Horse Power Freaks shop. They use a Dyno Dynamics dyno. So I'll report back with the numbers.
Wish me luck.
On a side note: I got the truck all washed up and some what presentable, as HPF usually play with big dollar vehicles.
I figured out what the nitrous jet equivalency in horse power is. I'm using a .042 jet which = 73-75 HP.
I also dialed in the Dyno Tune Progressive controller. Wow!!! It launches so much better now. I launch at 4K RPM! I'm sure the trap speed time and ET is way better.
For some reason I had it tuned on the conservative side. With a starting % of .05 and total time to 100% at 2.5 sec. Now its a starting % of .10 and a total time to 100% at 1.8 sec. RPM is set to start 2400.
Man, That made all the difference. I gotta check if theres late night drags for this weekend. If so, I'm going!

instead of waiting all week to get to the digs to test stuff,ya aughta get a gtech.i love mine..i havent used it in a while but its def helped me when i put a huumongus turbo on my tdi-m and it told me i lost 1/2 a second in the quarter..i could feel that but it confirmed it...best 300 i ever spent..besides you can do alot of other stuff with it...0-60,braking,lateral g's...even put it up on your computer for more analyzing. ...just a suggestion from ol'hillfolk
oh btw..if you got your weight of the car itll plot you hp and tq curves.
i estimated my rabbits weight at 2k exactly
and it was sayin i had 142hp and 244ft pounds...thats net....both peaks around the 3k area give or take a few hundred rpm...and my best et was like 14flat...my best actual was 14.07...with some more adjusting on the gtech at a dragstrip, you could probably get it real close to your actual et....but id be more concerned with a gain or loss after doing an upgrade

Hillfolk'r, thanks for the advice. My brother does have a G-Tec but its the first gen G-Tec., it shouldn't make a difference but yes, I'll try it and see what it says.
I have weighed the truck before. 2120# with me in it.
