• take some vise-grips, and grind a notch in the top jaw, and weld a bead on the bottom jaw, then the bead fits up into the notch.. instant tubing beader tool..

• RadoTD and I very likely will be needing to bead some alluminum pipe. Plus you're close (relatively) for shipping...
  dependant on whether or not you'd be comfortable shipping it + how much shipping would be we might go vice grip style.
