i still say it is number one. he has the motor mount holder upside down in the picture. so by the orientantion of the holder itself, the rubber mount is correct in picture one. but by the orientation of the just the rubber mount, then it is correct in picture 3. but to make it easy, just remember that the bigger hole goes up towards the hood.
No, its not. You have it 180 wrong. Think of it this way....the weight of the motor should be "hanging" on more of the rubber "meat". In other words, when on the car you should see more rubber on the topside than the bottom....over time the bolt hole will move upwards as the rubber breaks down.

basically when it is on the motor, the hole should be low down
