And that's because the stock nozzles flow more than enough fuel for just about any application the engine can handle.

IDI performance tuning is mostly about making the engine breath easier (bigger exhaust), adding more fuel (modifications to the IP pump) and adding more air (turning up the boost), all under the watchful supervision of EGT and boost gauges.
If you read thru the FAQ you'll find various threads on performance turning, and there are professional builders out there who build super-modified pumps.

Those are standard nozzles.

I drive with 45psi on a GT30 turbo.
W/M injection. 11mm special made pump. 3" exhaust. GIANT FMiC with 3" pipes.
But the head is still std! So that is the next project, and also the nozzles.

you will be fine with stock nozzles.
dave cross made 193 hp on stock nozzles and a 9mm pump.
the nozzles are way big enough to flow lots of power. just make your pump give them more fuel.

Donīt worry about injectors, focus on cylinder head and pump.

Can you give us your recipe for 300HP?

What kind of torque are you making? Where are you located?

Well that gives me some hope and what to shoot for, I'm at around 65 right now I guess, I don't have the T/D pump back on yet and that might be stretching it some besides, probably 62

my rabbit rips. usually i can get a good posi burn out into like 3rd gear when its dry out. i dont even like driving my car aggressively when its wet out, breaks the tires loose too easy when its pouring. i figure it has like around 130 hp, considering all the things ive done to it. it would chew my gas jetta up.
