• Saw you were asking about ceramic coating above...  I haven't actually done it myself but I really like the IDEA.  It makes a LOT of sense for IDI motors, especially the inside of the prechambers.  I think it's Akai(?) on here that's totally coated his motor...

• That its not broken!! There are no 1.6d motors here for me to scavenge parts from but there are enough 1.5d's about.
