Does it have the lever on the back of the pump that goes from top to cold start?

I'm not exactly sure what that is, but the cold lever on my pump just has a provision for a cable hookup.
I see that the pumps on emiata have some sort of linkage to the cold start.
This weekend I'm going to give it a try on timing the engine again. Otherwise I'm going to just take it to a shop at this point.
Before you put in on the road, you're going to cover your timing belt ?
Yes. That video was only when I first started it. Before all the pump issues. I need the cover anyhow for my tach pickup/sender I'll be installing.
