yes it fits, to the head anyways, might hit the intake a bit which would then require some grinding

I have a 2.0 with the head off, sitting in my driveway.
I'll try to get a look tomorrow.
Since the intake is on the other side for an ABA; Burn might be right about the intake not fitting next to the exhaust.

if you don't like the tubular header, how about the cast iron dual outlet manifold from a 1.6 gasser with a Techtonics downpipe, etc. You didn't mention what chassis you are putting this on. You can grind and weld most anything to fit. Cast iron manifolds are HEAVY tho.
tubular header = less weight = more power to weight ratio from same HP

I have 3 different intakes and 3 different exhausts and am trying to find the best combination.
I will try the crossflow aba manifold later today, but it is still bolted to a motor. maybe I will post pictures when it is on a head.
I would go with a turbo but I am allergic to compressor wheel explosions.

I took a look, set a head on it.
The exhaust matches up but i couldn't set the intake in place and chack for clearance because of a piece of metal tubing that was in the way.
It looks like there wil be plenty of clearance.
