• Is Balanceing of the rotateing assembly(crank rods pistons) needed when installing larger and newer pistons..also the rods are from another motor

  It would probably be a good idea to get the individual rods balanced relative to each other, and the pistons themselves.

• Yeah, and new rod bushings get installed and sized to the piston pins so it's nice to make sure rods still balanced when that's done.
