with or without thats less than $10 before shipping for a perfect setup.
I might suggest a tiny bit more research... since you are specifically wiring thermocouples you have to use very specific terminals... ie, made of exactly the same metal as each thermocouple wire itself... and since there are two types of wire in a thermocouple you will need two different sets of male and female terminals.
Otherwise, each metal-to-metal junction becomes its own thermocouple and your gauge will become inaccurate at best, wonky at worst.
Omega Electronics is pretty much the world leader in thermocouples for industrial applications.. their web site has tons on info on how thermocouples work, and last time I was there they did sell connector kits.
The other way is to wrap bare wire to bare wire (taking care to match the colours) around a small bolt with a couple of washers and a nut. This insures that only similar metals touch each other and there is no additional errors introduced. The resulting bundle can be sealed with silicone and heatshrink tubing for a waterproof joint.
