• I just put in my new GTD nozzles in my 1.6TD
  Right away when I started the car it revved up to 2200rpm just like quickTD's car.
  
  My idle screw is all the way out, so I backed off the fueling about 3/4 of a turn to bring the idle back down.
  Car sounds great, really smooth and less clatter then before.
  
  Going for a spin first thing I noticed is a lot more torque and under less boost (less boost because less load on the engine, I guess).
  
  My head temp. is down 5 degrees.
  And barely any smoke under full throttle.

• What kind of GTD injector nozzles did you install? Same part# as QuickTD's?
  Is there different GTD nozzles for 1.6 and 1.9??

• Yes same part # as QuickTD.
  Yes there are different nozzles for the 1.9TD but I think the GTD nozzle will fit.

  Looking for help
  My car seems to miss a little at low rpm, (less with the new nozzles)
  like if I'm not getting full detonation in one cylinder.
  
  And also my idle jumps from 1100rpm to 800rpm and vice-versa (slowly goes up and stays there a while, then slowly backs down).
  I had this problem before I changed my nozzles.
  I did a compression test at the same time and that's good
  (430psi across all 4)
  
  I'm pretty sure it's a pump problem.
  Has anybody had this problem and fixed it?
  I'm wondering if it's an easy fix that I could do myself?

  I had the same problem . you must rebuilt pump and even than you can lose abaut 100-150 rpm on hot engine , especially after long run . :evil:

   Maybe an abrieviation of a GT which is also a TD
