Intercooler added with pics to my mk3 Golf TD

Fnally got some stainless steel pipes added to my wing mounted intercooler:

as you can see on the final pic, the full intercooler is not getting air flow so will be looking into trying to add an electric fan.

please let me know what you guys think.....

Looks great! Have you upped the fuel, and have you noticed any extra performance?

had the boost upped and fuelling adjusted. was runing at 0.8 bar last time i took it to a rolling road and gave 95.9bhp before adding the intercooler. will need it setting up again before taking it on another rolling road to see the difference.
