K26 turbo ?

K26 turbo are they worth putting on my 1.6td?

it use to...now it has another KKK (not sure of #) now...The K26 is off of a Audi 4000

probably not... pretty sure the k26 has the additional coolant lines as well as the manifold flange being trapezoidial or vice versa.  Does that make sense??  Maybe you could swap internals to your k24 or t3 though.

You can make a k24/26 hybrid using the k24 turbine housing with the k26 compressor side. IIRC, the K24 uses k26 internals.

I all ready made an adapter to the manifold...as for the coolant lines are no problem

I may be getting a #6 k26 from an audi 5000.I would like to know if it will spool up.It seems like its on the large side.What can be done to help with lag?I have the engine completely disassembled.

No experience, but from reading here, people have stated it would be a lag monster.  Too big.
