I have heard of guys breaking 90mm cv joints though whe the power and torque are turned way up

later
Justin

How much power do you need for that? I had no troubles with 90mm cv joints in Audi (180hp/300nm) Maybe I did not have enough grip to break those?

my 90mm cv's are holding in there just fine on my tdi-m,and they are orig to the car with about 120k on them
its not usually the cv's that are a problem,,its the transmissions
put slicks on and start breaking eveything though
thats what is probably saving me a little,is excessive wheelspin
oh well at least it gets goin good in the later part of 3rd gear when it has better traction
Throttle cables ftw
