Anymore interest in adjustable sprockets? I have the means to make the custom hubs to mate these to our IDI pumps.

Yes Id like a adjustable IP pully and a lightened flywheel.

I can ship that flywheel anytime.

I was going to send it with the injectors...but I think the injectors might not make the trip being jostled around with a stock 200mm flywheel.

Ok I am back at the machine shop on monday so I will see what I can work out for the flywheels.

Tomorrow I'll get together with easy e and see what we can come up with the  adjustable sprockets and hubs.

I am interested in the adjustable pulley idea for my TDI with the 17mm pump shaft as well as the 6lb flywheel/performance clutch idea.

Any idea on pricing for these for a ball park? dont worry I wont hold you to it.

Custom hubs will be in the 50-80 ballpark, still need to find a good source for the sprockets, Should be able to find a sprocket solution next week. 6lb flywheels will likely be in the $100-120  zone. I will definately post up final prices when I can get more things nailed down.

one more suggestion would be to place a locator hole in the pulley for the IDI guys and their timing hole

Yeah thats already part of the plan, the only tricky thing is gonna be getting the keyway made in the hub. I think I am gonna have to use this cutter called a broach, I used one years ago, I'll see what I can come up with.
