upgrade for the 1.6td

Hello people.

Is this engine mount an upgrade for the 1.6td or a Downgrade???

I installed this and my car started vibrating like an earthquake.

Should I change back to stock??

Let me guess you don’t know how to post a pic here.  Use Imagur or some other third party phot site and use the link they provide for pics to a blog or forum. Use the first box below the bold B above and insert the image link there. 

I think that is right but play with it, preview your post prior to posting and see if it works for you.

I use flicker to host pictures.
 I'm wondering if he's talking about the passenger side (timing belt end) motor mount for a rabbit.
V-shaped is the heavy duty.
 Upside down man is the standard.
I've never had them cause vibration,...
 I hope it didn't go in upside down.
