PP ain't quite the happy rope-smoking place it used to be... Jack's daughter is running the shop like you'd expect an MBA to run it.

I've been buying parts from them (on and off) since '87.

Jack is still selling old stuff on ebay and Detroit C-list.

Hmm that sucks.  China is so business oriented that they are bad for business even their own.  No concern for ethics or returning customers just make a quick buck and move along.  But that is Chinese culture I think, telling a small lies is just regular conversation to them.  Sneaky. They like to fudge on packing slips to save money in customs and brokerage fees

Tell me about it...I was never a fan of buying parts from there, but I see a whole new side of it all now. Hubby is working on a project going to China and its been...interesting. They are definitely all about making things work best for them.

Just as an FYI Im almost certain Parts place heavy duty springs are manufactured by MOOG. The moog variable rate coils I just purchased for my cabriolet look identical to theirs. Parts place wants more than double of what I paid for the springs.

Well  I've tried to call ALL of there phone numbers and no answer, And sent Email and seem it's shut down or something like that. VW Diesel Parts is sold out  of heads anyway. German auto parts referred me to Eurospec sports.
Heck i have a hard time ordering stuff online anyway, and the only option I have with them is to place an order and after all I've read and no contact with them  I think I will opt-out and try other places,
witch is to bad because they seem to be the only place that has under size bearings, new/rebuilt heads[ online anyway]
ANY suggestions for these parts would be appreciated.

Autohausaz.com
Partsgeek.com
Europarts.com
http://www.thepartsbin.com/

Come out of the cave and live a little.

Edit: you never really stated what it was you needed from them until above.
If you need parts....look above a few lines.
If you need a rebuilt head, I would consider this guy:
