500kilometers and 600miles are a huge difference.

Koady that 500 on a tank better be all in town driving the bag off of it! That's a sickly 10L/100km... And not good at all considering my 1.7 gasser with a close ratio box could do the same :s

Koady that 500 on a tank better be all in town driving the bag off of it! That's a sickly 10L/100km... And not good at all considering my 1.7 gasser with a close ratio box could do the same :s
Looks like we better fix his car then...
I got better than that in my  Quantum wagon TD with 160thou  ring gaps ;D

i fit a credit card in mine, and that was right at the wear limit, i thought that was bad enough haha.

The only time I've gotten mileage that bad was when I had a 4x8 box trailer on the back of the car, heavily loaded...

My old 2.0 ABA Jetta would actually get slightly better mileage than that too... I think something is seriously wrong with that car!
