Adjustments?

I rebuilt my 1.6 TD in my 91 jetta, now on take offs from a dead stop I get a rubbing noise that speeds up with the speed of the vehicle but only for about a couple of seconds. Kind of like the axles are rubbing something, but I can't see anything.  The rubbing noise only happens from a dead stop start and only a few seconds.  It doesn't happen at any other time.

Has anyone else experienced this when they did an engine pull and install?  Is there an alignment to the engine on the mounts that I need to address?

I installed all new engine mounts, OEM ones, I went with these to make sure I got something that will last.  They are not cheap that is for sure.

Any help would be great.
