true or false?

On 92 and earlier cars you can use a slow glow relay with fast glow plugs but you can't use a fast glow relay with slow glow plugs.
Look, if corn and kudzu fall in love and have a baby in a lab under the supervision of scientists working in my employ, WHO AM I TO STOP THAT other than the CEO responsible for stopping it???

Assuming the correct glow plugs are used I think your statement is true.

I'm also pretty sure that the Bosch Duraterms are usable with both the slow and fast GP relays.

if you use a slow timer with fast plugs, it will shorten their life..

if you use a fast timer with slow plugs, you glow it twice, and off you go..
92 Jetta GLI - Black, 1.6D w/ GT2056V turbo..
86 GTI - 4 Door, Med Twilight Gray, Tow Machine..
86 Audi Coupe GT - Tornado Red, All Stock.. WRECKED.
89 Toyota 4Runner - Dark Grey Metallic, LIFTED!

Turbo: exhaust gasses go into the turbocharger and spin it, witchcraft happens and you go faster.

fast plugs pull more amps.  slow relay on fast plugs will likely burn the relay, and as stated before probably shorten the life of the fast plugs.

fast relay on slow plugs no harm done to either.
