thats a mercedes turbo.. should work alright. 200 might be a bit steep unless its in super good shape tho.. or if they are hard to find around your part of the world..

Turbo: exhaust gasses go into the turbocharger and spin it, witchcraft happens and you go faster.

Whats the main benefit of a T3? Just to run more than 20psi without blowing hot air? Do they create any extra lag?

since you run a K14, you would DEFINITELY notice the turbo lag.. but these make more air up on the top end.. they are still halfways efficient above 20psi also, where as your K14 is all outta air at 20 psi or more.. and just pumping out HOT air..

So a T3 will create more lag, and not be any more efficient, but at for example a peak of 20psi it will allow more fuelling than the K14 will resulting in more power?

yes, this turbos 20 psi will be better than a k14's 20psi, the air going in will be cooler, and the drive pressure going out the exhaust will be less.
