question lda vs altitude compensator
« on: October 29, 2010, 02:23:45 pm »
I'd just put a junkyard pump off a NA onto my eco diesel. I also had a turbo pump that turned out to be no good.
Im curious as to the differences between the spaceship on an NA vs on a turbo.
It seems to me (externally anyway) that the only diff is which port is vented (tho in NA both are)
So I plumbed the turbo pressure tap into the top of my lda and put the vent onto the lower port.

Is there a different spring or plunger in the NA vs the turbo ??
Havent run a full tank of fuel thru the car yet or seen any diff in the way the car runs.
(old pump leaked - hence the swap)

thanks!
