That's not a filter, its a muffler. Most AC purists claim that you can't flush it, or you're not supposed to. I'm not sure. I flushed one on a MK3 that I was selling, so I didn't really care. It worked fine.
Not sure about all the service ports.
FYI: The OEM condensor for the ECODiesel is slightly different in design from the regular MK2s. I'm not sure if it's significant, but there is a bevel to the fins on the top edge of the condensor. All other MK2s have a squared edge. Just something I've noticed: not sure if it's relevant. But it could be an indicator of other differences. You may want to thoroughly compare your old condensor to your new one before you attempt to install it.
