Turbo choice

I have a choice of 2 turbos to fit to my 1.9 turbo diesel;

1) the original kkk k14
2) a td04 11G 5 from a 2.5l bmw 325tds.

Both look to be similar wheels sizes both turbine and compressor.
I know little about turbo's, compressor maps so which do you reckon is going to flow more?
