Rod Bearing

Autohausaz has rod bearings that have a hole in it, but my rod is not rifled and my original bearings didn't have this.  Does anyone here have anymore information about this and does anyone here have the Kolbenschimidt part number for standard rod bearings without the hole in it?

the hole is just there for if you are using rifle drilled rods. they have pressurization to the wrist pin bushing. i dont see why you couldnt use them in non drilled rods tho? shouldnt cause any problems that i can see tho.
