Well, Giles has a spring for me.  I talked to him on Monday so it is on the way.  Now that I have my custom boost pin dialed in, smoke is minimal, honestly!  And power is as good as it was before with heavy smoke.  My biggest problem before was smoke before boost build up.

Anto, did you get a chance to measure the wire dia. of either of your springs?  I would greatly appreciat this info.

Il get a measure on it tonight 410.
Its not noticeably thicker wire.
I take it this is where the added rigidity is?
Can you post a pic of you reworked lda pin?

anto, I'm working on posting a pic of my boost pin.  I just signed up with photobucket and need to learn how to do this.  Hopefully I'll have time this evening to figure it out.  I've loaded the pics on photobucket but that is as far as I've gone.

My new lda spring showed up today from giles shop.  It's silver in color with a wire thickness of .1".  It's .010" thicker than my original spring .  I just put it in before I left work so I haven't had a chance to set it up yet but it is what I was looking for.  Hopefully my results will meet my expectations!  I'm looking for lda control up to at least 14-15 psi.
