cool just read through that. sounds pretty easy.

one thing i need to figure out is how to get an a/c compressor fitted and working.

i can use the aaz compressor, but then what do i do about the compressor lines, as they are way different than the mk1 lines. i suppose i could use the aaz lines, but i would need an aaz condenser and evaporator, and im not sure if either will fit?  ???

why dont you just use mk3 lines? disconnect the mk2 lines at the firewall and replace.

Would a G60 crank pulley fit a 1.6?  My current pulley has a wobble and need to replace it.  There are some G60 double pulleys that might line up with my charger better.

If you get the hose ends that fit the compressor, then you can get the hoses made up at almost anywhere that makes custom hoses.

Serious? All I need is a hydraulic hose shop and they can do it? I have that no problem I just thought it was something different. SWEET!
