cracks in the turbo housing

I tore down the turbo I was gonna use-after cleaning I found this crack.Is this bad enough to wory about?
 
Also-is this a T3? there is a marking "M4" cast into the housing-also ".36" on the inside.

Don't know about the crack but I know that flange doesn't look anything like the normal T3's.

'82 Rabbit, I put on a euro vnt-15, 2.25" DP, 2.5" exhaust, the result.....it whistled.

I removed the turbo, made a toilet bowl 2.5" DP, the result....it was deafening. Now it has a homemade muffler up front and a thrush in the rear, the result.....less loud.

its not VW. its a T3 off a chrystler or something probably.

It came attached to an aftermarket exhaust header-bolts up to the 4 outer bolts. It gives the room to run a gasser intake. Not so worried what it originally came from -just want to make sure i order the right rebuild kit. So no-one is worried about the crack?
