cheers anto, thats where ive been going wrong! i had it in my head that 1 barr wasd 15psi?! :-\

1.5 bar x 14.7 psi/bar = 22.05 psi.

How long did you run your T2 at 22psi before it went?  I have mine set up at 17psi but now I'm thinking that more boost might be safe for this turbo.

I'am doing a KO3/KO4 Hybrid and I will post pictures when it get's here around the first of the year
it wasnt cheap, But nothing I do ever is....

Paid the extra for the ceramic coated housing's
