Fitting an AAZ pump to my 1.9 ALB
« on: March 07, 2009, 11:48:09 am »
how do i do it?? Is it straight swap?? Also, as i got a GTD pump here too, from the 1.6...is there anything i should "steal" from the gtd pump to fit to the AAZ??

Im guessing the boost pin, is this a straight swap, or do i need to adjust anything else??

Reason im fitting the AAZ pump is because the 1.9 ALB one has no boost enrichment on it, and is full of Exhaust Gas Recirc rubbish, which i've blanked off anyway??

any help appreciated, cheers

What exactly is an ALB. the only thing i could find was that it was used mostly on Audi's . Is it like our ecodiesel- a TD but without the LDA fuel enrichment?
